Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of management and consulting services provided by 10-24 Management & Consultation LLC (10-24 MC). By engaging with our services, you agree to abide by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

Consulting Services:

10-24 MC agrees to provide management and consulting services as agreed upon in a separate agreement or contract.

Services will be delivered professionally and in accordance with industry standards.

Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to provide accurate and timely information necessary for the provision of consulting services.

The Client is responsible for implementing any recommendations provided by 10-24 MC.

Fees and Payment:

Fees for consulting services will be outlined in the agreement or contract.

Payment terms will be specified in the agreement or invoice. Late payments may incur interest charges.

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the consulting engagement.

Confidential information will not be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent.

Intellectual Property:

10-24 MC retains ownership of any intellectual property developed or provided during the consulting engagement.

The Client may use intellectual property solely for the purpose outlined in the agreement.

Limitation of Liability:

10-24 MC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the consulting services.

The total liability of 10-24 MC shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client for the consulting services.

Termination:

Either party may terminate the consulting engagement with written notice.

Upon termination, the Client is responsible for payment of any fees for services rendered prior to termination.

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nebraska.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Dawes County, Nebraska.

Amendments:

10-24 MC reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to the Client.
