10-24 MC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the consulting services.

The total liability of 10-24 MC shall not exceed the fees paid by the Client for the consulting services.

Termination:

Either party may terminate the consulting engagement with written notice.

Upon termination, the Client is responsible for payment of any fees for services rendered prior to termination.

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nebraska.

Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration in Dawes County, Nebraska.

Amendments:

10-24 MC reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or notification to the Client.
